Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Upon booking, a 25% deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total session fee. The remaining balance is due before your scheduled session unless you're enrolled in a payment plan. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 24-hour notice required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule at no additional charge. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your full session fee is forfeited. Your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your full session fee is forfeited, and you will need to book a new session. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented emergency (medical, family crisis, etc.), cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, we will end at the originally scheduled time. Your session fee will not be prorated for late arrivals. To respect both your time and mine, please plan to join sessions on time. Missed Sessions (Package Clients) If you're enrolled in a multi-session package and miss a session without 24-hour notice, that session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. All unused sessions in your package expire 6 months from your package start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Technology & Virtual Sessions Sessions are conducted via Zoom (or other agreed-upon platform). It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for our session. Technical difficulties on your end: If you experience technical difficulties (poor connection, device issues, etc.) that prevent us from completing the session, we will attempt to reconnect for up to 10 minutes. If we cannot reconnect, the session will be considered complete, and you will need to reschedule at no additional charge if more than half the session time remains. Technical difficulties on my end: If I experience technical issues that prevent us from completing your session, we will reschedule at no charge, or I will extend your next session to make up the time.
